About Us

Meet Jason, coach & owner of NVFitness

Founded by Jason in 2016, NVCrossFit was born from a simple idea: fitness should be challenging but never intimidating, and everyone deserves a space where they feel supported every step of the way.


Jason’s own CrossFit journey showed him how transformative a great workout—and an even better community—can be. That’s why he set out to create a gym that feels like home, where every class is an experience that leaves you stronger, inside and out.


Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up led by our experienced coaches, setting the tone for the workout and ensuring you’re ready to move safely and effectively. From there, we dive into strength-building exercises, focusing on technique and progression, followed by heart-pounding, high-energy WODs (Workouts of the Day) that push you to your limits and leave you feeling unstoppable.


Jason and his team structure every class with intention. Group sizes are kept manageable to ensure personalized and each workout is scalable, meaning anyone. No two classes are the same, keeping your body guessing and your mind engaged.
